My mom wants to divorce my dad and move but she’s having trouble finding a job (she stopped working due to getting cancer) and may be needing more treatment. Any tips, I just don’t know what to do and I’m moving away in the summer

make sure that she’s not on his health insurance currently, if she is then i fear legal divorce would not be the move atm if she needs more treatment but if they’re amicable a legal separation (“separate maintenance” in ga) keeps u on the plan. she might have a hard time moving if she has no current income but situations vary so best of luck to her🫡

That’s true….yeah she’s on his insurance. She has some income from DoorDash but that’s it
