I get soooo depressed right before my period and I think it’s been getting worse

If your cycle is regular maybe make plans specifically for that week, set goals for yourself for that week, maybe write in a journal prior to that week all the things you love & what’s making you happy that week & what could make you happy those days before your period… idk just ideas of things to lessen the sadness if you know it specifically happens beforehand:))
