Your ex is a loser who was scared that you would find someone better than him so he belittled you out of his own insecurity to make himself seem more than he really is to himself. That has nothing to do with you. You’re worthy of love and to be treated kindly. In fact, you deserve that. Those are just mean useless words that should hold no weight because they’re just a bunch of word vomit from an insecure man
