A combination of mounjaro, calorie deficit (hitting macros daily), 10k steps a day, cardio twice a week, strength 3 times a week worked a dream for me. The weight fell off me. I’ve stopped taking mounjaro now bc it was getting expensive and I did gain a little but I just adjusted my macros and starting losing again. I’ve lost 37lbs total, 6lbs from my goal!

anti inflammatory diet - I have endo though & I know they’re not similar but I’ve been told the diet works for both?

it def helps pcos too! and walking every day, especially after meals. even 15 minutes helps. pcos can be similar to type 2 diabetes, so keep insulin resistance in mind as a factor for stubborn weight gain don’t sleep on your fiber intake, drink spearmint tea to lower androgens, and take a milk thistle supplement to support your liver so it can process excess hormones
