unfortunately no matter how much i train a 6’0 man twice my weight will win and they are biological stronger how about we start carrying and not blame our bodies 🤩

uh, i can’t fully read if ur mad or not but i don’t blame women for being attacked. full stop. butttt… i do think that in a world telling women to be smaller it’s really empowering to feel strong! self defense can help to level the playing field between size disadvantages as well!

not at you it’s just frustrating when we as women and girls are told why didn’t u put up a fight when he was significantly heavier and stronger it’s one of those scary realizations that no matter how much u try sometimes u just can’t win💔
