Ate breakfast, ate lunch, had snacks, I’m not dehydrated. Yet when I try to cook dinner I get dizzy, lightheaded and nauseous. wtf

Try salt, electrolytes But this seems like low iron or some other deficiency, I deal with this daily and I have no idea what it is :/

Do you have caffeine? Sometimes this happens to me if I have too much caffeine or It might also be not enough protein

I do have an iron deficiency 😔 I just have to keep sitting down for a few minutes in between tasks

Try kale!! It makes me feel better for a bit. :( So sorry you’re dealing with this love I completely understand, it sucks feeling sick all day no matter what you do to take care of yourself.
