Depends on the speed, like in 6 hours no. In one? Call your doctor because you’re losing too much blood and you’re at least dehydrated

Also absorbency of pads and tampons was recently shown to be fairly poor because they finally tested them with blood (I believe in 2023-2024) before they were using saline water which is less viscous and doesn’t have clots or tissue
