omg, i had that too! mine went away in 3-4ish days. i started showering twice a day (morning and night) to keep it clean, and i would put lotion on it after my showers, then stopped wearing the pads that caused the rash. 😝

Honestly I’ve kind of just expected it at this point. I wear thongs with my pads and so the back part is very “big” I’d say so it rubs weird sometimes. And with it being kinda wet down there it just causes a rash. What I do to combat it is basically what 1 said as well as free bleeding when I can. Sometimes I litterally will lay out a towel and sit spread eagle to just allow it to breath. Surprisingly, when you don’t have a pad or tampon to catch the blood it doesn’t seem like you bleed that

Much. I also like to do this right before/after a shower especially to help with that moisture and letting the lotion sit on it with as little touching it as possible. I’ve also used baby rash cream before, it works, but man it is a mess and if you get the good stuff it really is like a thick cream that isn’t gonna go away easy without a shower/scrubbinf

I have a set of designated black towels for when I’m on my period so that way no matter what I won’t stain them. But if I didn’t have that, I would simply pick one towel and have that be my free bleed towel. You can also always use stain remover and/or other ways of stain removal on them. I’ve never actually had one stain even when I didn’t use black towels, but I also made sure to wash it right away and try to rinse out the blood as best as I could. It also doesn’t have to be a full size towel,

Just something big enough for you to sit on like a hand size towel.

Also just thought of this, if you want a disposable option you could always get puppy pads and use those!
