You got this! Try to remind yourself that they see bodies all the time. It’s normal for them even if it’s uncomfortable for you. Try to breathe and relax your entire body as much as you can. It’s scary, but it hardly takes any time! Sending love🫶🍀

undiagnosed cervical cancer will hurt and terrify u a lot more than a few min long appointment to check ur health let me tell u tht much

I’m ngl that really hurt💀 while they were doing it it was like an 9 but I’m okay after. I almost needed them to stop.But I know other people say it doesn’t hurt, and my doctor was very young so she might be inexperienced. Also I’ve never had sex or put anything in down there or anything so I might be especially sensitive. But they put a blanket over me and stuff so I didn’t see myself down there, and that made me feel a lot better that someone was looking and feeling down there
