adhd effects your focus, attention, hyperactivity, etc and autism is more of an issue with social cues; reading body language, etc. there’s obviously more to it though

They are comorbid (meaning if you have one you’re more likely to gave the other one too)

They are very similar but very different at the same time. A lot of the symptoms overlap

you can also have autism and adhd at the same time. i recommend getting professionally tested by a psychiatrist. i was diagnosed at 6, so the testing is likely different now

Yeah the testing process as an adult is horrible. I started having troubles only in college tho (classes during covid and getting sick from covid). There’s a long wait time and expensive. I’m trying to move tho so hopefully can get help then.
