seasonal depression can occur in spring/summer too, it’s just rarer than the common fall/winter seasonal depression

Yes I think it’s bc I feel more expected to be happy and everyone else around me is happier and that makes me feel like I’m missing out even tho I’m not inherently any sadder. Im just not any happier.

Yeah! For me, it’s like I’m supposed to be living my best life traveling but I don’t have enough money or my friends still work while I have sm time off (teacher)
