Caramalized onions, some herbs, sugar, and some vinegar so delicious I’m going to put it on Brie and then wrap it in puff pastry (my therapy homework is to use the oven at 400 degrees)

Yes onions can naturally be pretty sweet and they make such a delicious jam you can make jam out of all kinds of things! I saw someone on TikTok once make some out of pine needles!
