Protein, FIBER, calorie deficit and don’t be afraid to lift weights at the gym, a lot of people think it’ll make you look bulky or you won’t slim down but that’s so untrue unless you’re trying for it! Every morning I drink a glass of Metamucil with two tablespoons of chia, doesn’t taste great but it helps!!
