
to burn fat you need to work out in zone 2 not zone 3 (google what that means for you). and only eat foods that offer u some kind of benefit (majority of that needs to be protien. protien will hell u grow muscle which boosts ur metabolism and makes u look tighter, u also need micronutrients which im not that educated on so look into that too). u need to eat consistently but small portions. feeling hungry is not good as it slows ur metabolism
after a while. waiting a bit in the morning to have breakfast is ok if ur home anyway, its like intermittent fasting, but dont ever go about ur day like walking and exerting energy without eating enough, ur body will burn away at ur muscles (which lowers ur metabolism) and will actually start storing fat thinking it needs to prepare for the next time u tax it so heavily
the correct way to diet is to make sure the foods u eat are doing smth beneficial for you (has nutrients and protein, carbs are also necessary and best eaten about 90 mins before u go exert energy). cut our processed foods, added sugars, and low protein options. greek yogurt is incredible. high protien, low calorie, super yummy. mini pretzel sticks are super yum (and low calorie) for snacking. strawberries as well. and u can make tons of fun low cal desserts with protein powders so look into
