 I just found out I have ovarian cyst and god this shit hurts so damn bad 😭😭😭 yesterday was the first time I had one pop and the pain was excruciating…. What can you do to make it stop hurting?!

Plain meds/applying heat is all you can do. If the pain is worse/more frequent it might have to be removed

So much OTC pain meds. Ibuprofen, acetaminophen cycle those two together. Drink so much water and tea, NO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, and my lifesaver is an electric heating pad with a belt I got off Amazon. I can put it on my pelvis under my jeans/sweats etc and wear a baggy t shirt or a hoodie and nobody knows it's there! Ovarian cysts are the worst. I've had two different times where they almost did emergency surgery due to the size and amount of pain I was in. Sorry gal

Also, a pose they recommend when it's hurting really bad is lay flat on your back and do frog legs. I tried to draw a picture lol hopefully that made sense.
