First of all, congratulations! Secondly, I adore the name Estelle! For middle names, might I suggest Estella Sophie (or Sophia), Estelle Louise, Estelle Rose, or Estelle Eleanor (or Lenore?). Don’t stress too much! The perfect name takes a little time to figure out!
