Has anyone here dealt with an emotionally unstable mother? How did you manage to escape her? Someone please give me some advice, I’m going insane trying to survive

my mom isn’t emotionally unstable but she is incredibly manipulative and emotionally immature and tbh i just deal with it. i’ve gotten used to the mean things she says and does and it doesn’t really affect me that much anymore — i don’t really have any other option lol

Tbh I moved out. And now that I did our relationship is actually so much better bc now when she’s being nuts I just go “ ok mom love you!” And go home lol

Yeah, I don’t think we have the same type of mom. Mine literally sets things on fire if she thinks it’s Satanic. I can’t just “deal with it,” I have to leave. I can’t keep living like this with her.
