I pushed yes but I meant to push no. Obviously it depends on specific circumstances, but I’d say if they knew you’re engaged, and didn’t reach out to congratulate you, but did reach out about something else within a week or so, unless it’s something important they need, it’s okay to not text them back for a while.

I needed to see this today totally different scenario but me and my bsf both avoidants are in a situation where they hurt me and they just didn’t seem to understand and ghosted me after I told them how I felt they replied I just went silent bc I needed time to really think about what they said which I could’ve communicated !! So today I’m actually going to make time to communicate how I feel instead of pushing it as side bc I want to grow out of my horrible fuck ass habits
