No because some of it was based on the completion of development from adolescence, and then some of it was more developmental. Like the drinking age is to combat the stupidity of a 18 year old compatibility to a 21 year old but that’s a social construct because both ages are still capable of being dumb but so can a 52 year old. But adulthood also varies on other cultures and religions which while are social constructs the validity of their beliefs coincide with the societal expectation…

That an adult is someone 18 because of their ability to be able to vote, get sued, etc. but even similarly in other cases people can be in trouble as a minor and tried accordingly.
