i could sleep all day i’m always so exhausted!! but my body keeps waking me up at around 6-7 hours and then i have to go back to sleep

sleep schedule is fucked. i end up going to bed at like 3-5 but im trying to change that. normally wake up at like 12-2

Mmm yeah. I get good sleep and I solely think that’s because my body is wired to always wake up around 8-9, and I’m always tired around 9-11. I’d recommend doing something before bed that can tire you out. Going on a walk? Reading a book? Cleaning the house🤣 idk anything you can think of that’d enhance the sleepy

I’ve got a dog so that’s mainly my source of a schedule. It’s been my normal for over a year since I got an apt with my pup. I’m the one who wakes him up now😭

i honestly think i have a similar circadian rhythm as you! i’m always tired around 9-10 but i always have some other shit to do and by the time it hits 11-12 i’m awake again😭 my mom takes care of our dog the most and she has the healthiest sleep schedule i’ve ever seen lmao

Maybe try to do the other shit before 9-10?😅 I’m the same tho. I CANNOT be woken up otherwise I won’t go back to bed cuz then I’ll just start doing chores or smth😭😭 lowk this may be a dumb recommendation but certain types of asmr get me to go to bed and fall asleep if I’m struggling to😭 like if they make u focus on a light and follow it or smth, or personal attention asmr🤷‍♀️ doesn’t hurt to try but def a bit niche😭😭😭

yeah my biggest struggle is honestly routine. i feel like there’s never enough time in the day so i try to get stuff done before i go to bed bc i know it’s gonna take me forever to get up in the morning! my adhd def plays a role in that too. audio asmr might help though, i try to listen to podcasts but then i get too interested in the podcast😭 so i’ll try that!

i also wake up to pee in the middle of the night which is so frustrating or i’ll wake up having to go so bad and i don’t know why😭 i try not to drink much water before bed so idk where it’s coming from

That’s been me recently too I know your pain. That might be reason to mention to your DR tho, I know my gyno always verifies I don’t wake up in the middle of the night to pee🤷‍♀️ I only do recently be I chug water before night lol, but if you’re avoiding drinking a lot beforehand then that might be reason to bring it up 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
