
Mmm yeah. I get good sleep and I solely think that’s because my body is wired to always wake up around 8-9, and I’m always tired around 9-11. I’d recommend doing something before bed that can tire you out. Going on a walk? Reading a book? Cleaning the house🤣 idk anything you can think of that’d enhance the sleepy
Maybe try to do the other shit before 9-10?😅 I’m the same tho. I CANNOT be woken up otherwise I won’t go back to bed cuz then I’ll just start doing chores or smth😭😭 lowk this may be a dumb recommendation but certain types of asmr get me to go to bed and fall asleep if I’m struggling to😭 like if they make u focus on a light and follow it or smth, or personal attention asmr🤷♀️ doesn’t hurt to try but def a bit niche😭😭😭
yeah my biggest struggle is honestly routine. i feel like there’s never enough time in the day so i try to get stuff done before i go to bed bc i know it’s gonna take me forever to get up in the morning! my adhd def plays a role in that too. audio asmr might help though, i try to listen to podcasts but then i get too interested in the podcast😭 so i’ll try that!
That’s been me recently too I know your pain. That might be reason to mention to your DR tho, I know my gyno always verifies I don’t wake up in the middle of the night to pee🤷♀️ I only do recently be I chug water before night lol, but if you’re avoiding drinking a lot beforehand then that might be reason to bring it up 🤷♀️🤷♀️
