I was on a ship last summer for 2 months, got norovirus 4 times - basically, as soon as my antibodies died, I got it again

I feel like there should be an island or isolated area already prepared for events like this. it’s the government’s fault for not having contingencies for this

The problem is, it keeps happening to different countries’ ships. An island like that would have to be neutral territory, contributed to by every sea going country, and available to every sea going country. And the global geopolitical climate will NEVER allow that to happen.
