Walking, CALORIE DEFICIT, grow w jo on YouTube for equipment free workouts. Start moving your body more than you normally do. Every little bit helps but the biggest thing is eating in a calorie deficit and actually staying in the deficit every day. You’re not going to magically drop 20 pounds a month but it does make you lost weight. Look up a tdee calculator and put in your info and it’ll recommend the amount of calories you should be eating.

Ofc!! I also highly recommend yoga with bird on YouTube. I used to have really bad back and joint pain and I do one of her videos every single day and if I skip even like 2 days I’m immediately in pain after movement

thank you for the recs i checked out the grow with jo and tried it today! i actually love the style of it, i’ve also started with tracking my calories so i can see where i’m at with that so i can go into a deficit, and 30 mins of yoga daily just to build up some strength so i can do more intense workouts without actually having an asthma attack😭 but thank you so much for helping me find a starting place!
