Was hanging out with a group of guys (friends of a male friend) and was 1 of two girls and one of the guys called the other girl a bitch and I called him out on it and not a single person backed me up :/

I feel like this is something the like “not all men” guys don’t account for. Like yes, not all of y’all are full blown abusers/misogynists but there’s way too many of them who are dead quiet when it comes to holding other men accountable

I’m so unbelievably grateful I managed to find a group of male friends who consistently prioritize women. We found out one friend dated a girl when she was 17 and he was 23, and even though he was a great friend that everyone loved, we all immediately cut him off, no questions asked. Never felt safer with a group of men in my life
