i mean there used to be stairs. i know climbing the dunes at fort macon is illegal idk about elsewhere, but if one person makes one path, then another person makes another path, and then another person makes another path, all of a sudden half the vegetation is gone and the dunes have moved over. at indiana dunes one of the dunes literally moved and covered the parking lot they had to get USACE to fix it

when i tell you it is the only access to my house that is what i mean. i am not walking down the beach to a public access and then walking down the road and having to use the password to open the gate and walk back to my house that would take like 20 minutes. this is a house me and 18 family members rent in a gated part of the island. they have their own beach access
