Low key period pains get worse every period/as you age and it’s not talked about enough for me. Literally had a man downplay cramps saying after years you just get used to them. NO! They get worse for some odd reason! Feels like hell every time.

i’m so glad to have had the opposite experience😭 the worst pains i ever got were my first period, could barely walk. i only ever experienced that again once last year
