did you check under the beds? my cat has ripped a hole in my mattress and disappears up into the underside of my bed sometimes

you can also try putting a set amount of treats in each room and leaving for a bit. if the treats go away you know she’s at least in that room. it may be worth asking her folks her hiding spots if you can reach out. my roommates old cat used to pull open her dresser drawers and then get behind the drawers so you couldnt close them

i checked all the beds, in rooms where the door wasn’t even open, in their tall cat tree, and in all the bathrooms. they have cameras so i don’t wanna go in their closet 🥲 she’s super shy so it’s not super surprising that she won’t come out when i’m around but it’s worrying that i can’t even get a glimpse of her when i’m looking

she also hides under covers on beds so check any cat shaped lumps. look for warm places. i have a tiny little girl who hides when its cold and she likes to sit on like the tv box or warm vents

their cameras picked her up around 1 am so she was in the house 😭 i never actually saw her though
