in these situations I like to think about your life before they came into the picture you were able to handle the change of him coming in and you can handle the change of him going ❤️ it might take a while, but one day it’ll hit you that you haven’t thought about him in a long time hoping the best for you queen <3

I just wish I could heal faster, like I know he has on a mask rn and isn’t telling people what happened but I know that he will feel it in the future and I want to be completely healed by the time he does. Maybe that sounds selfish but it’s the truth cause clearly he didn’t care as much as I thought he did

sell, donate, or burn it set the boundary early for yourself that you’re just getting rid of it and treat it like business rather than baggage if he wants it back he can get it through the mail — your mental health shouldn’t be put at jeopardy for it

you can maybe put it in a box outside on your porch (or anywhere he can access?) and tell him he has X amount of days to pick it up or you’re getting rid of it so he has the opportunity to get it, and you don’t have to see him
