We really do need to deplatform people like Eugenia Cooney and Ariana Grande. Nothing against them as humans, but women with huge followings promoting dangerous eating disorders to an audience of predominantly young girls is so so harmful.

eugenia cooney is literally dying of her eating disorder—having mini strokes on camera and victim to extremely obvious cognitive decline compared to a few years ago—and there will still be people in your ear asking you “so skinny people shouldn’t be allowed on the internet?”

do you think ariana grande is promoting eating disorders or is she just a thin woman who potentially has an eating disorder? like let’s say she does have an ed, then she’s battling her mental health. but she isn’t promoting diet pills or laxatives or anything like that. she simply looks a certain way. talk about deplatforming the kardashians for this reason, but not her

Fr like I don’t mean this in a hateful way, I just think people like this who have big impressionable followings either don’t realize or don’t care about how this stuff can trickle down

I get you, don’t wanna promote feeder fetishes and don’t wanna promote ultimate skinniness. And ED of any kind is harmful and shouldn’t be promoted
