guys i’m in a dilemma. there’s a paid internship opportunity i REALLY want and it would real life jumpstart my career after graduation. only problem is it’s 2,000 miles away from my home and they don’t offer housing

can u afford housing w the pay of the internship? if so then get ur booty out there and doooo it. opportunities like this don't come by everyday. you can either live forever with the regret of not trying, or say fuck it and do it. if that regret doesn't bother u or it's not affordable then id just move on tho

it’s only $15 an hour in california for 15 hours a week :/ i’m potentially thinking of looking at staying at a motel or something with weekly rates since it’d be a little less than renting

maybe see if ur parents would be willing to help too. u could always take it and then keep looking for other jobs/ go back if its too much
