I feel chopped bc all my friends r getting into relationships and I’ve never had one 😭 I just hate a majority of men and I would be downgrading. I’d rather be single if they suck

That doesnt make you chopped and I’d never say to lower your expectations. I didn’t date seriously until I was 21 because it took that long to find someone who treats me so well. You’ll find the right person

I’m not chopped but it seems contradictory. Everyone always asks me why I don’t have a bf yet (pretty) but the men around here suck so bad

Down voted for us giving our life experiences. Crazy lol. But I get what you mean. I live in the Deep South so many people here do not agree with my morals and I was not willing to compromise on how I was treated or how our beliefs aligned. I definitely think dating helps get to know who people really are but I’d be honest with your intentions if you decide to do that. Additionally dating does not mean you need to go “all the way” or even “half the way” so definitely don’t misunderstand that.

You’ll find someone great eventually. As often as there are terrible matches, there are also occasionally great matches for who you are :)
