You’ll never get rid of them completely but the best way to avoid is to trim regularly and avoid split ends. A gloss or keratin treatment may help some temporarily

It won’t completely go away but try a hair oil or pomade after blow drying!

Part of the difference in the pic is the lighting though, you can see the model is lit differently in each pic so it pics up on the frizz more in the first one. It may also be touched up. This is less a product difference and more about photography tricks.
