At once and I know how bad that is Therapy good through keep going to that so you have someone you know is completely on your side hopefully helps get you through this

Also he was my friend so I confided in him so he knows exactly what I’m going through. He knew I was going to therapy that day to talk about how to navigate my breakup.

So in my head here’s what I am thinking.. He seems like someone who does care about tries to be there for you. If he was a friend then it shows that you like similar things and can get along.. but I am probably just hoping its all good intentioned and he told you this in a bad way because idk he just wasn’t really thinking about you Because the opposite side is just emotional manipulation and using you and it’s all just bad and I would hate for that to be the case for you.. losing a lot all
