if ur in nc piedmont area or whatever and want the best possible whole hog bbq you gotta go to picnic! true cue certified meaning we use traditional 100% wood fire cooking methods! and our pigs are treated so good and aren’t bred just to be eaten they get to butchering weight naturally and humanely and you can taste the difference! even texans tell us it’s the best they’ve ever had
