Someone help a girl out pls 😭
How would you guys react if your coworker told everyone you work with about how you had a threesome and also made up a bunch of extra details? Trying not to lose it

human resources manager immediately, that is so awful and im sorry. if ur a smaller business please talk to your senior managers, check with people the coworker told this lie to and see if they’re willing to back you up

idk how invested you are to getting them to stop talking about it, but your coworker is most definitely creating a hostile work environment and your manager/the owner (no matter how they feel about it personally) is legally required to take action about it by the eeoc. here’s a link to a resource on that https://www.eeoc.gov/sexual-harassment

(based on what you said this was a consensual encounter, but talking about it repeatedly in the workplace especially against your will has a good chance of being counted at the very least as inappropriate behavior in workplace)

Honestly i wish i could do that but I'm just too scared of my boss. She has worked there for longer and I was the one who started it despite her telling me her personal business all the time. Its my fault and i just gotta deal with the consequences
