Yes it can mess up your hormones for a while afterwards. But id take a test just for your peace of mind

Irregular bleeding, which includes late periods, is the most common side effect of plan b. However, it never hurts to take a test. A negative is definitive 21 days after sex.

Ok ty this makes me feel better because I had spotting and rn really bad cramps and both don’t usually happen so hopefully its from the plan b
