Kinda weird that he’s comparing your eating habits to the other women in his life… who gaf that a girl wants more ramen

I get you OP! Sometimes one pack isn’t enough 😭

1 serving is literally less than 200 calories. I don’t get how you only eat half the pack unless it’s a snack or you add a bunch of veggies/protein to it

I eat two and assumed everyone else did 😭 half a pack of ramen is barely a snack

Technically those instant ramen packs are two servings each. You’re supposed to split the noodle brick in half

the 5 year old girl i babysit can eat an entire pack and still want a snack after it’s not a lot of food😭

What a weird thing of him to say…would it not be weird if you flipped it like ‘wow you’re only eating that much? My brother and dad would eat this entire thing’ like it’s objectively weird to compare eating habits, in general, but especially in regard to gender.

I’m incapable of being shamed for how much I eat because everyone has different metabolisms, so it’s silly to me to talk abt quantity when we all have different needs lol

Don’t worry we had a long talk about the harm in comparing or pointing out peoples eating habits

like pretty sure the only reason the serving size is so small is bc of the sodium content. Which can very much much be adjusted by how much of the flavoring pack you use

Right like I was eating the pack as a MEAL, not a snack 😭

to be fair ramen isn't really a meal no matter how much you eat, there is zero protein fruit or veg.

just my take on it, like ppl eat so much upf and it kinda irks me. ur not full after 1-2 packs because it's pure ultra processed carbs, half a pack with 1-2 boiled eggs or some pieces of rotisserie chicken would be far more filling and balanced

Most ppl just do it for a quick meal if they don’t have the time or energy to prepare all that or even access to that like in a dorm or at work, for example. Idk why someone eating 380 calories of ramen would irk you or make you think about how ppl eat too much

as someone who's chronically underweight due to medical issues and has spent a ton of time thinking of how to hit both macros and micros, i lowkey see your vision but i think you're getting downvoted bc this post is specifically complaining abt the thing you're doing rn

like i think ramen with eggs and rotisserie chicken sounds super duper peak and way better for me than just a single ramen pak, and frozen veg super necessary for fiber bc i get backed up so easy, but i don't see why it'd be a pet peeve for someone else bc its just so unrelated to u idk

Thank you for this comment. If it was a post asking about how I can make ramen a better meal then the comments would be welcome but instead it’s the exact thing I was complaining about. You hit the nail on the head with this one.

yeah, im sorry you're getting a double whammy with the comments. i just finished a cup o noodle & i'm still hungry, and i have a pretty small appetite & stomach in general, so 2 packs of ramen is completely normal
