Also guys don’t be discouraged from trying birth control, I’m having a hard time for a multitude of reasons relating to the position of my cervix and my lifestyle but birth control helps a lot of people, I’d say just try the noninvasive methods first like the pill. Y’all stay safe💕

it just takes time to figure out what works best for you!!! i personally can only use an iud but there are so many other great options based on your preferences

go to PP they can sedate you and give you anti anxiety meds for it, you can have snacks and water and a heating pad and listen to music all the things
