I hate the week before my period , it’s like no matter what I’m sooo hungry 😕

it’s becuase your body has different caloric needs before your period. you body exerts more energy during menstruation. that’s also why you might barely have an appetite at other points in your cycle like before or around ovulation. totally normal. listen to your body. prioritize complex carbohydrates and fiber (whole wheat bread, fruit, etc) to help you feel fuller longer and give you energy and glucose for your brain

that’s a good start but also add in some carbs!!! maybe not donuts and cake but a piece of whole wheat toast or part of a potato can be really satiating and still do a lot for your nutritionally by giving you energy.

I decided to add some yellow rice as well, hopefully I don’t get hungry again for another 3-5 hours 😕😭😭
