Do you need tips? Like how much do you want to lose
a good 30 pounds, i’m around 160 (just below) and want to be 130
What r your habits now? In the past when I wanted to lose about ten pounds I walked, exercised every other day and calorie deficit (not starving)
that’s basically what i did when i lost weight two years ago, i guess my deficit just became my maintenance
Are you getting enough sleep? Taking medicines those can affect weight too
never enough sleep lol
