
and i try to make my phone usage intentional!!! like obviously i cant fully cut out using my phone, but if i get the urge to scroll on instagram i will ONLY give myself 10 reels/15minutes or something like that. also idk if choosing to switch to another screen really Counts but if i start watching reels or shorts then i put a movie on my tv instead 😭😭😭 so at least im culturally enriched. also no notifications for anything except my bank and my parents LOLLL
no honestly my phone addiction was getting wayyy way out of hand and when i would get a screen time report telling me i was in the DOUBLE DIGITS i was like holy shit. this is time i could be doing for other things … so in the last two weeks every time ive picked up my phone i’ve been like 🤔 what could i be doing instead... because i used to LOVE reading! i used to draw ALL THE TIME. i kept making excuses like “i dont have the time” but i DIDDD and i always have… I BELIEVE IN U KICK THE HABIT
