What’s your morning routine? I feel like I need to stop jumping out of bed and going straight to class.

It depends on the time of my first class. If my class starts around noon I wake up and get ready for gym, do my workout, eat breakfast, shower, get dressed, brush hair and teeth, and then wait for class. If I have a class before 8 I wake up, eat breakfast, get dressed, brush hair and teeth, and leave. Which is ironic because I end up waking up earlier than days I have my later classes

If you have time I highly recommend working out to some extent before classes it makes me feel energized and more complete with my day

I’m also type b and honestly it took awhile to build this habit. I personally love exercising and how it makes me feel and that’s what really helped I was like I feel a lot better about myself and my day when I wake up early to workout, also alarms going off every 10 minutes
