Maybe get a second opinion? Definitely not at all normal to not have bowel movements. How is his eating/personality?

He is eating well and his personality is pretty normal I guess, the only thing right now is the opioids have a sedating effect. I guess i might get a second opinion because they seem to be kind of stumped
