Anyone in a calorie deficit? I’m trying but it’s so hard with my job… I’m up from 4-7 (teacher w early hours) and I’m hungry bc I’m up so early…but I want to lose a bit of weight
Go for high fiber foods, they make you feel more full without needing the extra calories

Try smoothies with chia seeds! They’re good for gut health and they help you feel full longer

Counting calories helped me and finding low calorie but filling foods is a lot easier than it seems.

Make everything homemade, it’s easier to follow a calorie deficit when you make your food.

Make sure you stop eating way before you go to bed. Look into intermittent fasting

What do you recommend? It’s also hard bc we don’t get much time to eat during the day and I have Invisalign

I usually do tbh. I think for me it’s just the time I’m awake. Like if I wake up later I eat less even tho I’m Techinally up more hours. It’s like it’s bc I’m up when my body isn’t ready…idk if that’s a thing

I use my fitness pal to track calories and a big one I eat is Honey Nut Cheerios. They have lower calories and fill me up fairly well alongside Mini Wheats.

lol I get up that early to eat and brush my teeth throughly. I just take forever. School starts at 6:50 and I like to get to school at 6:00 to do work.
