I hate when “boys will be boys” is used in any context outside of describe young boys (like actually children) being childish and immature. Like we should not be out here saying that a grown ass man can’t possibly know better and is just “being a boy”. Like no, if you’re a man, I’m going to hold you to the standard of a grown ass man
