I would recommend Spironolactone or another t blocker before a weight loss drug. The issue with PCOS and ozempic is that although you might lose the weight, it’ll be near impossible to keep it off because of the actual underlying issues

Ozempic is def not ideal for health if u can avoid, id be careful about it even if it’s common and trending. Hope you get some recommendations from a medical professional to help :)

But also just talk to a doctor before self diagnosing and deciding what medication is going to work best. Ozempic should be a last resort if you’re not having serious health consequences from weight gain and you’re unable to lose weight through other, safer means
