honestly, i hated it at first but i hate being able to see the underwear lines through pants even more, so i toughed it out. after awhile, you genuinely cannot feel it and it feels like the norm. now when i wear my period underwear, im extra uncomfortable and i hate it. just make sure to get the right size. your thong should not be rubbing the crack raw

i don’t wear thongs but I like the silicone striping undies from soma bc they stay in place on my butt cheeks and don’t look frumpy
