False: it’s a form of botulism which is a fungus you can contract that causes paralysis. The muscles don’t move because of the bacteria in the face affecting the muscles. It originally used for migraine treatment. Since it’s a type of bacteria/fungus thing ur immune system learns to fight it so it will loose effectiveness quicker and quicker the more you get it done to the point that someone won’t be able to get it anymore
