text to speech software for charting has been a thing for ages, why do they feel the need to bring AI into it 😭 i get that sometimes the standard transcription tools make mistakes, but the provider should be double checking their notes before finalizing them anyway

I don’t want AI anywhere near my medical records. And YNHH had a data breach last year too. At least I got $140 out of it, I guess

no exactly!! i don’t trust ai for shit! we have perfectly good tools for most of these things already we do not need some greedy corporation’s robo-brain putting its evil little eyeballs on anything
