I have longgggg ahh hair. Serious question: if one should condition the ends and not the roots should I flip my hair upside down to get closer to the roots so maybe it’ll be less flat and poly looking in a day? (Bc it’s putting oils back onto the hair)

Depends on your hair type but if it’s similar to mine, too much product also just weighs your hair down so it tends to be flat. I use a boar bristle brush to distribute the natural oils of my hair which helps it be less heavy and more volume
