Jumpsuits are great! You can definitely make one more masc without it being a full on suit and tie

There are definitely some out there! It’s just not as common unfortunately. My other suggestion would be dress pants and a blouse of some sort like 2 said

u could pair the jumpsuit w a blazer as well!! that'd hide the silhouette
